Installation Instructions


* Requirements:
          o Java VM 1.6 or later (available from Sun),
          o CellDesigner 4.0.1 or higher (available from CellDesigner)
    
* Install CellDesigner (see the CellDesigner web site for further instructions)

* Download BioNetCAD archive from the URL

* Copy the BioNetCAD archive into the plugin directory of CellDesigner. For instance
      C:\Programs\CellDesigner4.0.1\plugin\	under Windows

* Extract the files from the archive (use "Extract here" option). 
The BioNetCAD jar file and the BioNEtCAD repertory must be in the plugin repertory.
